For centuries, all of this remained hidden in the confined so four kitchens, mother’s hearts, and of course our Ladakhi bellies. Until, we here at NamzaDining, went for ageing for those lost recipes across distant villages, valleys and Nomadic communities, and gave it a twist in our kitchen.
